Buy lots of ferrites and fit them to everything

  1. What you should tell is that there is a difference between the material used for the ferrite clamps. The cheap (and small) ones like the black one you use usually don't help much unless you can do multiple windings trough it. Since it has a dramatic effect especially on high HF bands and VHF/UHF I personally prefer material 31 ferrite clamps. Sometimes it helps when you use ferrite on the coax just behind the radio and just below the antenna. Just try and experiment....73, Bas
